Production Manager/Supervisor:
Upper Crust Bakery,is a fast growing wholesale volume manufacturing bakery seeking a manager to head their production facility. This position will take the lead role in creating a top notch bakery manufacturing environment. This person will be responsible for achieving production goals, plant safety, efficiency, and high quality, timely manufacturing. Familiarity with distribution, production planning, MRP, HACCP, GMP’s, and automated manufacturing/inventory systems is required. This is a career opportunity for somebody with experience in volume bakery, increasing responsibility in a manufacturing environment, and understanding and familiarity with the wholesale volume bakery business. Will consider, a seasoned manager ready to take on a new challenge, or a successful assistant manager ready to take the lead role, in a fast paced growing company.

Degree preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus. Strong supervisory skills and experience. This position will create and build a professional manufacturing team. The candidate should be a motivator with hands on ability. Join our team.
